Description
The Ticket Variations & Options addon expands EventON’s ticketing system by adding unlimited combinations of variations and prices per ticket, with a unified editor in the event admin that controls stock, login restriction, and base price visibility. Ideal for organizers who need to sell different types of the same ticket (half-price, full-price, VIP, batch), the addon also passes variation data directly to the WooCommerce cart at checkout.
Main Features
- Unified variation editor
Creates and manages variations and price options right inside the EventON event editing screen. - Two pricing models
Allows individual options per ticket or multiple options with quantity limits per variation. - Sell as a standalone ticket
Each variation can be sold as its own ticket, with a separate purchase flow. - Per-variation stock control
Marks specific variations as sold out and sets a global participant cap for all combinations. - Restriction and visibility
Limits variations to logged-in users and hides the base price to display only option values.
Benefits of Ticket Variations & Options
- Richer ticket catalog
Sell half-price, full-price, VIP, and promotional batches as combinations within the same event. - Data-driven decisions
Insights dashboard shows sales performance per variation and helps plan future batches. - Centralized attendee management
Filtering attendees by variation type simplifies gate control and reporting. - WooCommerce-integrated checkout
Variation data flows directly to the cart and checkout without manual adjustment.
Who Is It For?
- Event organizers who sell tickets in different categories (half-price, full-price, VIP) through EventON.
- Production companies that work with promotional batches, combos, and packages within the same event.
- Event websites that already use EventON, Tickets addon, and WooCommerce and want to expand control over ticket types.
By combining a unified editor, granular stock control, attendee filtering, and native integration with the WooCommerce checkout, this addon elevates EventON to the level of a complete ticketing platform. It is worth noting the limitation documented by the developer: the addon is not compatible with recurring events, which should be considered when planning the schedule.
