Description
The Zoom Integration add-on synchronizes Zoom meetings and webinars with the Modern Events Calendar, allowing you to import and export events, display embedded code, user, password, and private link directly in the event. This additional module helps online class organizers, conferences, and paid meetups control who can view access data, including restricting the link and password to participants with a confirmed prior reservation.

- Zoom Import
Imports Zoom meetings and webinars into events in the MEC. - Event Export
Sends meetings and webinars registered in the MEC to Zoom. - Embedded Code

Zoom Integration Benefits
- Less Manual Work
Reduces duplicate setup between the WordPress calendar and the Zoom account. - More Controlled Access
Prevents public exposure of links, passwords, and meeting data. - Clearer Communication

Who Is It For?
- Organizers who manage online events through the Modern Events Calendar.
- Schools, trainers, and companies that run classes or webinars on Zoom.
- Websites that need to release meeting links only after a confirmed reservation.
Zoom Integration works as a connection layer between the schedule, reservations, and the virtual room, keeping Zoom data within the Modern Events Calendar flow. For projects that combine in-person events, online broadcasts, and WordPress sign-ups, the add-on centralizes access information and reduces operational steps in daily management.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the Modern Events Calendar plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the Modern Events Calendar plugin before this one.
- Download the file
mec-zoom-integration.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
mec-zoom-integration.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the Modern Events Calendar plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
