How to Download Chat

Chat is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in the WordPress dashboard, select the .zip, install, and activate it. After activating, a new menu item appears in the dashboard to configure agents, departments, and the chat widget displayed on the site.
