Description
The Advanced Reports And Statistics addon adds six analytical reports to the Awesome Support dashboard—ticket count by status, productivity, resolution analysis, delay analysis, distribution, and trend—displayed in nine chart types (bar, column, line, spline, area, and stacked variants). You cross each report with secondary dimensions such as product, department, tags, priority, channel, agent, company profiles, and custom fields, exporting the results in CSV, PDF, or chart image.
Main Features
- Six ready reports: ticket count by status, productivity (average responses until closing), resolution (average time in minutes), delay (time until first response), response count distribution, and trend over the last 7 days, 7 weeks, and 7 months.
- Nine chart types: bar, column, line, spline, area, area spline, stacked column, stacked area, and stacked bar.
- Secondary dimension: cross each report by product, department, tags, priority, channel, agent, company profiles or custom fields.
- Export: saves data to CSV, downloads the chart as an image, or generates a PDF of the report.
- Granular permissions: controls who can run, save, and view reports, with department restrictions via security profiles.
Benefits of Advanced Reports And Statistics
- Support funnel diagnosis: identifies bottlenecks by measuring response time, resolution time, and response volume per ticket.
- Per-dimension comparison: reveals which product, agent, or department has more tickets or takes longer to resolve.
- Reusable reports: saves settings and shares them with the team without having to redo filters for each analysis.
- Data governance: separates what each manager sees, keeping sensitive metrics within the correct department.
