Gravity Forms calculations provide an excellent foundation for basic arithmetic and simple equations. But that’s just not enough for a gnarly number cruncher like you. You need to forecast investment strategies, calculate monthly car payments, and estimate mortgage preapprovals. After lunch, you have to build a cost calculator for an old friend’s construction business. And don’t forget that BMI calculator for your sister’s fitness blog. Advanced Calculations reinvents Gravity Forms calculations from the ground up with an array of advanced mathematical functions, clever conditionals, formula optimizations, and a potent formula editor that puts all of these features at your fingertips.

This plugin adds the ability to use Date and Time fields in Gravity Forms calculations. Create complex and precise calculations based on any combination of Date, Time, and Number fields. Calculations can be used in any field that normally supports calculations, allowing you to build forms with flexible time-based pricing, track days and hours, determine the age of a customer based on their birth date, and any other calculation related to date and time.

The easiest way to display and edit Gravity Forms entries. Gravity Forms Entry Blocks adds a new block to the WordPress Block Editor for displaying and editing entries. Use a standard variation like the Entries Table to display a list of your entries or completely customize your layout with the Entries Loop and hundreds of supported blocks.

Animate your forms with smooth, buttery transitions as the user progresses from page to page. Make the experience even sleeker by automatically progressing to the next page when the last field on the current page is completed. Your forms will feel better, convert better, and delight your users. Create a sleek, fluid form navigation experience for your users. Slide and fade transitions supported out-of-the-box. Avoid the tedium of “submitting” each page before progressing to the next. Required fields are validated on the frontend to avoid obvious mistakes. Full validation and submission is processed when the last page is submitted.

Bridge the physical and digital world with QR codes for managing events, discounts, inventory, and more. Gravity Forms QR Code allows you to generate QR codes from Gravity Forms field values, or scan QR codes to insert values into Gravity Forms fields. Captured field values can be output as QR codes in form confirmations, notifications, and anywhere else merge tags are supported. QR codes can be scanned into Single Line Text and Paragraph fields directly on forms.

This plugin provides robust inventory management for Gravity Forms. Use this when selling products or tickets or when creating bookable resources like events, appointments, and reservations! Just specify the available inventory in your Product field and GF Inventory will handle limiting how much of that item can be ordered. If you’re working with choice-based fields, you can limit how many times each choice can be selected. Have more complex requirements? With GF Inventory, you can share inventory across multiple fields and forms. Or, group multiple fields together to scope inventory by a unique combination of field values.

Dynamically filter and populate field choices and values with posts, users, taxonomies, terms, Gravity Forms entries, and databases. Pretty much anything! GF Populate Anything allows you to dynamically filter and populate field choices and values with posts, users, taxonomies, terms, Gravity Forms entries, and databases. Pretty much anything! Choices and values can be filtered based on the values entered/selected in other fields allowing you to fetch and populate fresh, dynamic data as the user interacts with the form. GF Populate Anything also provides support for Live Merge Tags which allows you to display dynamic, filterable data in your field labels, descriptions, and content.

Reduce order bias by randomizing your form choices. Great for onboarding/offboarding flows and surveys! GF Randomizer adds a new “Randomize Choice Order” option to choice-based fields in Gravity Forms. Enable this option to randomize your field’s choices for each visitor. Randomizing choice order is a great way to reduce bias introduced by the order of your choices. Order bias is the tendency for participants to respond inaccurately to questions due to the order of the answers. There’s a variety of factors that influence order bias, but the easiest way to eliminate any potential bias is to randomize the answer options.

This plugin allows you create flexible and powerful pricing levels for your Gravity Form Product fields. Save yourself the hassle and frustration of creating twenty different Product fields with different prices when what you really want is a single Product field with a variable price. Gravity Forms Conditional Pricing can handle even the most complicated pricing variations with an easy-to-use interface for creating unlimited pricing levels per Product field.

Automatically delete a Gravity Forms entry and any associated files after the form is submitted. Gravity Forms must create an entry in order to function properly. Rather than truly disabling entry creation, Gravity Forms Disable Entry Creation will automatically delete the entry and any associated files after the submission process has been completed. Additionally, if the form has a User Registration feed, the entry will be deleted once the user has been activated, created or updated (depending on how your User Registration feed is configured).

With the GF eCommerce Fields plugin you can easily add eCommerce field types to your Gravity Forms. The new pricing fields include Discount, Tax, and Subtotal. This plugin also improves upon the functionality of Gravity Forms’ Coupons and Shipping fields. GF eCommerce also adds support for special merge tags for including the subtotal, coupon and discount amounts in calculation-enabled fields along with a handy merge tag for displaying the order summary in your confirmations and notifications.

Effortlessly rename files uploaded with Gravity Forms, powered by flexible naming templates. Gravity Forms File Renamer makes renaming files uploaded with Gravity Forms effortless. Specify a naming template and files are renamed when the form is submitted. Naming templates are quite flexible, with support for static and dynamic values (i.e. merge tags), custom deduplicators and incrementers, and the ability to group files in folders.

This plugin allows you to limit how many checkboxes of a Checkbox field may be selected at any given time. It supports specifying a minimum and maximum limit per checkbox field and also allows you to span one field’s limits across multiple fields!

Limit how many times each choice on a multi-choice field may be selected. This plugin allows you to limit how many times each choice on a choice-based field may be selected (e.g. Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, Drop Downs, etc). Exhausted choices are automatically removed to prevent users from being able to select the choice for future entries.

Limit who, what, when, where, and how many times your form can be submitted. Create complex submission limits based on the submitting user, their role or IP, any field value submitted on the form, or the page from which the form was submitted. Allow the same combination of name and address to be submitted only once – or – any number of times – or – any other combination of fields. Use the same form on multiple pages and limit the number of submissions per page. 1 per minute? 5 per day? 10 submissions ever? It’s all easily configurable with comprehensive time periods!

Gravity Forms Nested Forms is a Gravity Forms repeater addon for simple or more complex forms. Create forms within forms for better management of complex data collection. Formception! This plugin adds a new Nested Form field type. This field allows you to select another form that will be used to collect “child” entries and attach them to the “parent” entry on submission. The child entries display in a clean, compact table on the parent form where they can be viewed, edited or deleted. While Nested Forms can perform much more complex functionality, it can be used as a simple Gravity Forms Repeater field, as well. A repeater allows you to dynamically add additional fields to a WordPress Gravity Form. GF Nested Forms differs only in that it allows you to submit the group of repeating fields (i.e. repeater fields) via a modal.

Use Gravity Forms merge tags directly in your WordPress post content. Now you can use a single confirmation page for multiple forms, better style and layout your confirmation pages, and generate persistent confirmation pages. This plugin provides the ability to include Gravity Forms merge tags in your WordPress post content. Reclaim complete control over the styling of the redirect page while maintaining the ability to use Gravity Forms merge tags in the content of the page.

Reuse the same confirmation page for multiple forms. For instance, you might have 25 forms on your site but would like to redirect users from all of those forms to a single, personalized “Thank You” page on submission. Implement persistent confirmation pages. For example, you could send the user an email including the confirmation page URL to their form submission, which they could save for future reference.

Configure applicable form fields to be set to a read only state so that they are visible but not editable. This plugin allows you to configure applicable form fields to be set to a read only state. Fields set to read only will be visible, but not editable. In other words, the user can “read” the field value but can not change the field value. This is useful in situations where you would like to present information to the user without the user being able to modify that data. This comes in handy when populating fields using Populate Anything, calculating quantities with Nested Forms, or anywhere that you want to include a Default Value without the user overwriting it.

Add a “Terms of Service” field to your form and require full scroll and checkbox agreement. The Terms of Service field supports full HTML and shortcodes for your terms. You can add headers, lists and other formatting options with simple HTML. If you would like to require that the user read the terms, enable Require Full Scroll. When enabled, the checkbox to agree to the terms will not be checkable until the user has scrolled to the bottom of the terms field. By default, only the value of the checkbox field is included in notifications confirming that the user did agree to the terms. If you would like to include the terms as well, just add the :include_terms merge tag modifier to the merge tag.

Generate alphanumeric, numeric or sequential “Unique ID” values for the entry when submitted. Applications are endless! This plugin provides a new Unique ID field type which generates a unique ID for the entry when submitted. Provide a set-length confirmation or reference number for each entry; could be displayed on the confirmation page and in notifications (i.e. “Your confirmation number is ABC142Z3”). Maintain a sequential invoice number (a legal requirement for some countries). Generate a unique coupon code that can be used on subsequent form submissions (tutorial coming soon!). Generate a unique number for use in raffles.

Easily limit how many words can be submitted in a given field with support for a minimum and maximum. This plugin allows you to limit the amount of words a user can submit inside Single Line, Paragraph and Post Body text fields. This works for both a minimum amount of words and/or a maximum amount of words. When a form is submitted with a field that contains the Word Count perk settings this perk intercepts the form and counts the amount of words submitted within the field. If the field contains too few or too many words then the form is returned with an error. Maximum word counts are enforced differently. GF Word Count will automatically prevent the user from typing more spaces once the limit is met. If the user tries to bypass the limit by copy/pasting more words, the limit is still enforced.
